Outcome 01
Structured intake
The agent asks for the fields the team needs instead of producing an unstructured call summary.
Multilingual voice reception for phone-driven businesses
Zara answers routine calls, gathers the details and prepares a booking or callback in five localized language experiences. Your team keeps final approval.
Before microphone access
Do not share sensitive, confidential, emergency, health, payment or account information. The separate sandbox requests microphone access only after you start a call and uses third-party voice, transcription and model infrastructure configured by AuraMind. A session is limited to two minutes. Provider availability can affect whether a call starts.
Use the text and interface copy to understand the workflow if microphone access is unavailable. See AuraMind's privacy information before testing.
Outcome 01
The agent asks for the fields the team needs instead of producing an unstructured call summary.
Outcome 02
The workflow prepares a request or callback record that an accountable person can review.
Outcome 03
The public reference offers English, French, German, Italian and Spanish experiences without claiming independently verified native quality.
How it works
Reliability and safety
Zara is designed as a reference workflow for routine intake. It must route uncertainty, sensitive requests and high-impact actions to a person. It does not diagnose, assess emergencies or determine whether a vehicle is safe to drive.
If a vehicle behaves unusually or you feel unsafe, stop in a safe place and contact roadside assistance; call 112 for an immediate emergency.
Production pilots require business-specific scripts, approved integrations, retention decisions, fallback routing and scenario testing. The public sandbox does not demonstrate those business-specific controls.
Reference status
Pilot scope
A real pilot starts with one phone process, its data fields, escalation rules and human owner. AuraMind then maps the call, configures the agent, connects only the approved tools and tests common, ambiguous and unsafe scenarios before handover.
